Women's Link Bible Study Workshop
Joshua: A Journey of Faith
The 2009-2010 Horizons Bible Study for Trinity Women’s Link circles will be “Joshua: A Journey of Faith,” authored by Mary Mikhael. It explores the challenging, sometimes heartrending book of Joshua. Pursuing such themes as leadership, the promise of the land, the concept of “holy war,” and outsiders becoming insiders, we learn ultimately to find rest in the justice and mercy of God
On Saturday, August 8, Trinity women are invited to attend a special one-day workshop giving an overview of the Bible study series. In addition to Trinity’s one-day workshop, a five-day workshop will be held at Alpharetta Presbyterian Church on July 27 through 31. Both workshops will be led by Rebecca Parker. Rebecca is ordained by the Presbyterian Church (USA) and is a graduate of Yale School of Divinity.
