Worship Nursery Program-Three’s & Four’s/Pre-K

11:00 a.m. - lower level of Building A

The three- and four-year-olds have a short lesson and craft or activity

which introduces them to prayers and music that are both worshipful and

reflective of Trinity’s worship service.

Kinderworship - Kindergarteners

11:00 a.m. - D119

Kindergarteners engage in a very-hands on, simple worship-type service

where the children “wonder” about Bible Stories (i.e. “I wonder how the

sheep who was found by the shepherd felt?” “I wonder if you have ever

been lost and then found?”), and then respond to the text with art or play.

Children learn the Lord’s Prayer and the Doxology. Kinderworship is based

on Montessori educational methods and the Presbyterian order of worship.

Worship Enrichment – 1st and 2nd Grades

11:20 a.m. - Dobbs Chapel and D112, D116

Children experience worship both with the gathered congregation and in a children’s worship service that is partly led by the children themselves in Dobbs Chapel. After worship activities focus on worship skills and education.
