The Youth Ministry calls young people as disciples of Jesus Christ, to respond to the needs and interest of young people; to work together with adults in partnership; to be connected to the whole church, community, and world; and to include all young people, reaching out and inviting them to belong to the community of faith.

confirmation class

September - February

Eighth grade youth explore making a commitment to Christ and His church and what it means to be a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church.

The Confirmation Journey is an intensive program, lasting 8 sessions, including a meeting with the Session. The class will conclude on Confirmation Sunday. Class members are expected to attend worship at Trinity after class and keep an at-home journal of weekly scripture readings and relfections.

Each class participant has a Session-member sponsor known as an Elder-Friend. Elder friends will meet with the class on a few occasions during the course.
