Pastors' Aid

Pastors' Aid Committee members welcome babies, comfort those who mourn, and reach out to those in need with visits, cards, food, and flowers. Commitments can vary from serving at a memorial service delivering flowers after Sunday worship to writing cards of encouragement. Sign-ups are on a monthly basis and flexible allowing members to participate in a meaningful way based on their individual schedules. The work of this committee is invaluable to the life and mission of Trinity Presbyterian Church. The Pastors' Aid committee generally meets on the fourth Monday morning of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel Parlor.

The Visitation Ministry extends the outreach of Trinity's congregation by providing a visitation partner for those identified by the Pastoral staff and/or Pastoral Care Team as being unable to attend church or regular fellowship with our congregation. This committee also takes communion to those who desire it and are homebound.

The Gathering

The Gathering is a support group for long-term care-givers and recently widowed that meets on the third Tuesday of each month in the Chapel Parlor. This casual bring-your-own-lunch gathering is a time to “de-stress,” visit, and receive support, comfort, and encouragement in a nurturing atmosphere away from the responsibilities all caregivers face.
